Paid Entry

3.1 Paid entries are made via the official competition page and payment method provided.

Free Postal Entry

3.2 Free postal entries are available for every competition in accordance with UK promotional competition laws.

3.3 To enter for free, entrants must send:

* Full postal address

* Contact telephone number

* Email address

* Name of the competition being entered

to the postal address stated on the website.

3.4 Postal entries must be:

* sent separately,

* sent by first or second class post,

* and received before the stated competition closing date.

3.5 Incomplete, illegible or late postal entries will not be entered.

3.6 One postal entry equals one paid entry unless otherwise stated.

5. Prize Information

5.1 All prizes are awarded as described in the competition advertisement.

5.2 Vehicles may be:

* used,

* previously repaired,

* insurance category vehicles,

* or have age-related wear and tear unless stated otherwise.

5.3 Vehicle descriptions are provided honestly and to the best of the Promoter’s knowledge at the time of listing.

5.4 Entrants are encouraged to inspect vehicles before accepting collection where possible.

5.5 No cash alternative will be offered unless stated otherwise by the Promoter.

6. Merchandise Claims

6.1 Any merchandise included with competitions or giveaways must be claimed separately by contacting @deejay_676 directly via Instagram inbox/message.

6.2 Proof of winning may be required before merchandise is issued.

6.3 Merchandise claims must be made within 30 days of the winner announcement unless otherwise agreed.

7. Prize Collection

7.1 Winners are responsible for arranging collection unless delivery has been agreed in writing.

7.2 Once a vehicle has been collected or accepted by the winner, responsibility for taxation, insurance and ongoing maintenance transfers to the winner.

8. Liability

8.1 The Promoter shall not be liable for:

* mechanical faults arising after collection,

* normal wear and tear,

* third-party repair costs,

* or indirect or consequential losses.

8.2 Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

9. Refunds & Disputes

9.1 In the event of a dispute, the Promoter reserves the right to offer a refund of the competition entry fee and arrange return/collection of the prize where deemed appropriate.

9.2 Entry fees relate to participation in a prize competition and do not constitute a direct purchase of the advertised prize.
